Our goal is to help make professional and social spaces feel safer and more harmonious by creating workshops and facilitating conversations to foster a sense of belonging. We emphasize empowerment connected to positive interpersonal interactions. We provide both in-person and virtual workshops led by professional trauma-informed facilitators who have expertise in the following areas: sexual harassment, power dynamics, unconscious bias, transformative justice, conflict resolution, and sexuality education.
